We understand that woolly and curly coated breeds are the difficult coat types to maintain from the owners point of view so we offer a free 15 minute briefing to customers on how to brush your dogs coat correctly , ways to hold your dog and the right tools to use and WOW, we have seen amazing results from our pet owners applying this.
Happy customer to keep their fur- babies nice and fluffy and of course the grooming process for the dogs are much more enjoyable.

PUPPY PACKAGE
Puppies don't just need grooming; they deserve a positive, rewarding, safe, and confident experience as they embrace their grooming routine. Let's admit it – every dog needs a bath and grooming, making it vital to introduce them to equipment and methods for lifelong coat care during their puppy grooms.
Our caring approach fosters good behavior and a soothing response, ensuring spa days are delightful and calming for our little guests.
Each package is unique, tailored to the temperament and individual characteristics of each puppy. Detailed assessments and plans are made on their first day, laying the foundation for their future confidence.
THREE SESSIONS
Over three sessions, spaced two weeks apart, lasting up to 45 minutes each, we ensure a gradual and comfortable introduction.
First Session:
Acquainting your puppy with our salon environment, facilities, and groomer.
Second Session:
Familiarising puppies with equipment, grooming tools, and handling noise sensitivities. We also assess their comfort with entering and exiting bathing areas.
Third Session:
Review and execute a puppy trim, encompassing a bath, eye area tidy, ear cleaning, paw trimming, and hygiene care.

All dogs are health-checked prior to grooming, allowing us to assess your dog's skin condition, check their coat, and offer advice if we notice anything that requires attention. This could range from ear infections to skin problems, abscesses, or other abnormalities that are often overlooked by dog owners. It also provides us with an opportunity to understand your dog's specific needs, collaborate with you to create a customized groom that suits them, and aligns with your preferences.
DOG BOARDING SERVICES
We are lucky enough to be situated in the grounds of Broadway Barks and Bubbles, a luxury Dog Boarding Business, so we can offer a full boarding service, as well as high end grooming and grooming courses.
